One-time vetting
$50per USDOT number · one time
A dated carrier profile.
Identity and operating details, CSA results, safety-rating status, ISS information and enforcement history, brought together for review.
Five services. One experienced team.
When safety records raise questions, paperwork needs attention or your team needs direction, CB helps you work through the next step—for your fleet or a carrier you work with.
Discuss My Fleet01 / CSA monitoring
Changing information can be hard to follow—and harder to turn into clear priorities. Fleet Command is being developed to keep your fleet's information in view, with reports and guidance that help your team decide where to focus.
Fleet Command is our ongoing monitoring and reporting subscription.

CSA monitoring made simple
Review recent activity and longer-term patterns.
Use supporting records, management analysis and separate driver guidance.
Work through the information and next steps with CB.
02 / DataQ assistance
An inaccurate or incomplete record can leave your team unsure where to begin. CB helps you evaluate the issue, assemble the evidence and work through the DataQs process.
Practical casework, from evaluation through follow-up.
DataQ assistance is available only to active Fleet Command subscribers in an ongoing relationship with CB. It is separately billed; discuss the case and quote with CB.
Discuss DataQ SupportReview the issue and whether a supported request is appropriate.
Work with your team to assemble the relevant supporting records.
Organize the explanation and documentation.
File the prepared request through the applicable process.
Track the review and respond as appropriate.
Relevant facts, supporting records and the necessary authorization.
The reviewing authority decides the outcome and its timing. Addressing a valid condition does not remove a valid recorded violation; an erroneous record requires a supported request for review.
03 / Carrier Vetting & Monitoring
Review a carrier's safety and operating profile before your next decision, or keep its CSA results in view month by month. Available for third-party carriers you work with.

Policies and documentation should help people do the work. CB helps you address the gaps, clarify expectations and shape practical materials around your operation.
CB discusses the project with you, agrees the scope and deliverables, and provides a quote. Specific documents and formats are determined in that conversation.
05 / Compliance training
Your team needs more than a requirement on a page. CB helps explain what matters and how it applies to the work, with compliance training shaped around the needs you discuss together.
Fleet Command provides individual driver guidance and recommended coaching topics. Training delivery is a separate service; topics, audience, format and delivery are agreed for the project.
A practical place to start
Tell CB about your fleet or the carrier you want to understand. We can help you identify the right service conversation—or start with a complimentary DOT Health Assessment for your own fleet.
