From a snapshot to monthly visibility
A USDOT number identifies the carrier. Its safety and operating profile helps you understand the record behind it. A one-time review gives you a dated starting point; monthly monitoring helps you follow changes in CSA results.
Scope, data and onboarding
Yes. Review one third-party carrier or a group of carriers you work with. Tell CB approximately how many carriers are involved. We will discuss the scope, the authorization and onboarding needed for each carrier, and who will receive the results.
The profile shows available SMS measures or percentiles across all seven BASICs, compares percentiles with the intervention thresholds that apply to the carrier and identifies the relevant intervention indicators. For each BASIC with an available percentile, the profile also shows its percentage of the applicable intervention threshold. This comparison is calculated by CB and is separate from official FMCSA measures.
Each profile identifies its source dates and the period covered by enforcement history. A BASIC may have insufficient data for a percentile, or another field may be unavailable. Those limits are shown rather than treating a missing result as a clean record.
